Primary user
Subscriber who originally registered for the WebTV Plus service. The Primary user is responsible for payment of the WebTV Plus service and for the actions of all secondary users.
Additionally, only the Primary user can add or remove users,
adjust dialing options, and set up access restrictions, such as SurfWatch and Kid Friendly.
